Spark an Urban Adventure at Seattle’s Ravenna Park

There’s something undeniably special about the PNW in the weeks leading up to winter. Sure, it’s cold, but not so cold we can’t bundle up with our favorite gear and take a walk around Ravenna Park. It’s dark early too, but that doesn’t mean we can’t make the most of the daylight and soak up the in-between when the sun is burning but the woods are still illuminated by its last traces. 

Enter Moe and Krys, also known as Kush Kompanionz, who moved across the country from Florida to Washington for our cannabis industry. We are so happy they made the big move to join us in the land of i502 and on our adventures through Seattle parks. It’s empowering to see people move to our state to be a part of something bigger, like the cannabis industry.

We visited Ravenna Park, a Seattle staple, to spark up an adventure with this couple. Between the foliage, creeks, and trails, we had plenty of ground to cover before dark. With enough pre-rolls to spark an adventure, we trekked through the park to soak up the beauty and enjoy one another’s company. 

Ravenna Park is the perfect location to spark up an adventure. It’s been around for over a hundred years and stretches nearly 50 acres. If you’re looking for a peaceful, refreshing time in nature, you’re sure to find some cozy places away from the hustle of everyday life.

Moe works at Uncle Ike’s, a Seattle dispensary and retail partner with Lazy Bee Gardens. As fellow industry friends, Moe and Krys certainly know a thing or two about cannabis. As far as Lazy Bee strains go, they love MAC (Miracle Alien Cookies) because they find it to be the most consistent of the strains they’ve tried. 

Rain or shine, summer or fall, it doesn’t matter. You can spark an adventure wherever you go with the right people. Moe and Krys were a blast to hang out with and we can’t wait to explore more parks and light up more pre-rolls with this power team.
